Our artist will begin painting as soon as you approve the mockup. Each piece is carefully hand-painted with professional oils on premium canvas. The process usually takes around 1–3 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. We’ll keep you updated and send HD photos once the painting is ready for your review.

Once your artwork is finished, we’ll send you detailed HD photos for review. You’ll have the chance to request any corrections or adjustments at this stage. Minor revisions are complimentary to ensure the painting meets your expectations. After your approval, we’ll prepare the piece for varnishing, packaging, and shipping.

After you approve the final preview, the remaining 50% balance will be due. We then apply a protective varnish and carry out a full quality check to ensure your painting is perfect before shipping.

Your finished painting will be carefully packed either rolled in a protective tube or stretched on a frame, ready to hang. We use sturdy, professional packaging to keep it safe in transit. Tracked worldwide delivery typically takes 3–5 business days to most destinations.
