Returns Policy on “Originals – To Order” and “In-Stock artwork”

Each painting Blue Surf Art offers is hand painted to order and there will be slight variations in each piece such as brush strokes and colouring. Most differences are not noticeable, and the paintings are 99% alike. If you receive a painting and you are not entirely happy with it, please contact us within 7 days for a return authorization. We will then be happy to send out a hand picked replacement or issue in-store credit.

Returns Policy on “Reproductions”

All reproductions are painted to order to your specification. Following completion we will send you photographic proofs for your approval. If for any reason you are not happy with the proofs you are entitled to unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied. Reproductions is a bespoke service, any items that are delivered and are in good condition may not be refunded. To ensure this does not happen we will only dispatch your painting when you are happy for us to do so.

Damaged Paintings

We will exchange any items lost or damaged during transit. To qualify please keep all packaging and/or artwork as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of the item arriving. Any approved return, you will need to arrange return to us within 3 week. For weekend deliveries, you may leave a message on our answer phone or email info@bluesurfart.com

Note: For ALL returns you must contact us to receive a return authorization. Items returned without authorization will not receive a refund.
